• Reporting Legal Head India
• Responsible for end-to-end closure of all contracts, transactions and documents.
• Holding independent discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage claims, disputes, legal notices, FIR and litigation matters.
• Review and negotiate commercials transactions, frame agreements, contracts, RFP/tenders.
• Providing advisory to business on various legal and commercial topics having impact on the business to ensure compliance with applicable laws, minimizing company’s exposure to adverse events.
• Research matters for regulatory inquiries and disputes including working closely with outside counsel on various matters related to the company.

Education :

• LL.B./LL.M from a reputed institute.
