Key Performance Indicators:
- Tender Management:
- Complete responsibility for Tender management for all the Business of B. Braun and its group companies in India.
- To make sure all the tenders are submitted in compliance with Business Guidebook, company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- 100% tenders are submitted on time without any error and make sure company not losing any business opportunities.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting documents and prices for all Major Corporate Rate contracts and timely renewals of all existing rate contracts from time to time.
- Responsible to bring down the liability in terms of collecting the Government outstandings on time with necessary discussions and documentations in coordination with Sales team. Also disbursing the sales commissions on time against the claims submitted by the distributors/ liasoning agents for the direct Tender supplies.
- Responsible for collecting all the Earnest Money Deposits or Performance/ Security amounts submitted for all the Tenders as and when it is due to collection in coordination with Sales team.
- Complete understanding of GeM portal and registration process, category of products creation, product updates etc.
- Distribution management:
- Responsible for maintaining the Distribution data base and timely review for all the business.
- All new customers are created as per the SOP in place and monitor their sales consistency and business health on a quarterly basis.
- Responsible for controlling the lean distribution structure by strictly monitoring the new customer request and create only wherever critically required.
- Make sure that all the Distribution agreements are in place for all the business transactions at any point of time for all 3 entities.
- Expense Monitoring:
- Responsible for monthly expenses reimbursement on time in compliance with B. Braun policies & SOP for all Sales & marketing employees of the organization.
- Maintain proper process and system to make sure all auditing points are taken care and no deviations from the Policy or SOP.
- Quarterly dipstick analysis and analysis reports are to be published along with findings.
- Responsible for coming up with suggestions in order to improve process and reduce the expenses post analysis time to time.
- SOP framing and implementation:
- Maintain and review all the SOP related to the processes of the department and update time to time with necessary changes.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate for external audits, ensuring adherence to healthcare industry standards.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections and certifications for all functions.
- Responsible for customer relationship and maintain good connect with all internal & external stake holders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the medical devices industry, preferably in tendering, procurement, finance, or compliance roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, tender portals, and financial software.
- Experience in handling government and private healthcare procurement tenders.
- Effective communication.
