As a Assistant Manager – Finance at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe,
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits,
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger,
  • Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests,
  • Handling all Indirect and Direct taxation matters of the Company.

KRAs & Specific Roles:

- Handling Indirect Taxes viz GST and other related tax laws

- Handling Direct Taxes viz Income Tax, Transfer Pricing

- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax challans and returns for all the locations.

- Liaison between the internal and external stakeholders.

- Timely completion of Audits for all locations.

- Timely completion of Assessments for Direct (Income Tax and Transfer Pricing) and Indirect Taxes (VAT, CST, Service Tax and GST) of all locations.

- Preparation of Tax MIS and Tax Compliance Report on a monthly basis

- Reconciliation of GST Liability and Payment on monthly basis.

- Periodic GRST-2A reconciliation under GST Act.

- Defining / driving internal processes for efficient tax compliance and identify control mechanism.

Transaction Responsibilities

- Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns and discharge of liabilities for all the locations.

- Maintenance of Statutory records as required under various laws.

- Attend Notices received from Government Department and provide replies to the Department.

- Maintenance of all Indirect and Direct Challans, Returns, Orders, Notices etc as required under various laws.

- Be updated with the new notification and amendments made related to Taxation.

- Make application and obtaining New Registration / making amendments in the existing registration related to GST Act.
