Key Responsibilities:
- Define Job Responsibilities, Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly Targets, TAT, Quality Standards and Deadlines for the service team and manage them through direct reports (Team Leaders). Managing administrative duties like T&E, Leave, Recruitment, Appraisal etc.
- Identify immediate and future leaders and prepare and motivate them to take new , higher responsibilities.
- Implement Preventive maintenance Calendar for every territory and implement and monitor its quality of implementation through Team Leaders
- Manage Service revenue and Consolidated Margin by managing cost of operations. Manage after business of consumables through the team. Create realistic targets for the team for AMC / CAMC and achieve them. Achieve optimized GP in each territory. Take Corrective actions by monthly analysis of business in every territory. Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Appoint, manage and develop service dealers for spare parts management / franchise depending on the territory need. Ensure optimized inventory at every dealer by monitoring their secondary sales.
- To develop service parameters ( Uptime / TAT / Open to close calls ratio/Average Repair Time/First Fixation Rate) for every region and territory with help of Technical Leads and monitor and manage the parameters in every sub territory.
- Identify accounts to develop in every territory, determine annual operations plan for every account, and implement with help of Team Leaders. The annual operations plan includes - Targets for AMC / CMC + up sell of additional features (primary sales) +PMS Kits and Consumables (secondary sales) Develop KOL's in these accounts, Ensure repeat equipment business , and ensure reference / WOM sales leads.
- To analyze customer satisfaction survey results published by service operations and take corrective actions in every territory. Monitor long time open calls on daily basis and ensure issues / roadblocks are closed by pro active coordination with sales / service / operations team. Create target for customer satisfaction survey and achieve the same.
- Participate in customer training events as an expert and implement " optimized workflow and custom programmed machines" strategy for best utilization of machines and increase customer acceptance of machines
