Job Title: Executive Sales Admin –Tender Management

Job Family: Sales Administration

Reporting to:  Manager- Sales Admin

Location:  Head Office, Mumbai

KRAs & Specific Roles:

 

  • Complete Responsibility for Tendering process of  BBIN, Ahlcon & Oyster for the Zone
  • Maintenance & Updating of Tender Management & Project management system
  • Complete responsibility for the marketing/ promotional activities in the zone.
  • Analysis on CME & BPF Expenses and tracking of incremental sales, hospital wise.
  • Administrative support to HOD for overall department activities.
  • Co-ordination with Customers/ liasoning agents for after sales support for Institution supplies and payment collection.
  • Timely & Error free Submission of Tender/ quotations & timely reimbursements of CME & BPF expenses
  • Tender Sales monitoring and project management
  • Effective coordination with Field Staff and customers for EMD Return
  • Timely & Effective management of reports and effective communication

Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in any field , Post gradation in Management is preferred

Experience : 2- 5 years of total  experience
