Your key responsibilities:

Support the execution of annual compensation cycles, including increments, promotions, and variable pay, while ensuring the accuracy of post-merit salary structures and issuance of letters.

Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits (Insurance, NPS, GPA/GTI, and wellness programs) and act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and eligibility.

Drive the alignment of salary structures with the "wage" definitions under the Code on Wages and ensure PF, ESI, and gratuity calculations meet revised statutory thresholds.

Assist in implementing compliance measures for the DPDP Act and monitor government notifications to assess the impact of Labour Code rollouts on organizational processes.

Maintain meticulous documentation and provide data support for internal and statutory audits, ensuring the organization remains compliant and "audit-ready" at all times.

Support the drafting of C&B policies and translate complex regulatory changes into clear, digestible employee communications, such as FAQs and info-sessions.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in C&B, payroll, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical ability; proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of compensation structures and statutory components.
- Awareness of New Labour Codes (preferred).
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
