Position Summary:
The incumbent position will be accountable for the performance of the E3 production line. This individual will partner closely with engineering, quality, and other functions to deliver across our shared site objectives in safety, quality, compliance, and production. This individual will be expected to build a team, introduce a governance/new way of working, develop their people, and implement their plan to meet all production and financial goals.
This position reports to Evan Munoz, Director, Manufacturing Operations and will be fully onsite Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties

Manages manufacturing operations duties and activities for the E3 production line including meeting production plan volumes and guiding a team to meet current performance while building for the future.

Seeks to improve the organization's financial performance and competitive positioning through continuous improvement of production-related processes.

Studies the organization's manufacturing processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization.

Develops a manufacturing plan and production schedule that increases profit while reducing overhead.

Establishes quality and safety standards and tracks vendor or organizational performance.

Modifies employee schedules or staffing plans to reduce labor costs while meeting output expectations.

A bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation:
$147,600.00 - $157,600.00 / Annually
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
