Key Responsibilities:

  • You define and implement the global marketing and sales strategy for the Business Unit IV- Fluids, Drugs & Admixture in alignment with the overarching divisional strategy
  • You further develop the unit’s global product and service portfolio with a strong focus on generic injectable drugs in intensive care, including anesthesia, pain therapy, antibiotic therapy, IV-solutions, and drug admixture for toxic and non-toxic segment
  • You drive pipeline development by collaborating closely with our Center of Excellence to create a new product pipeline that aligns with the company’s strategic focus on saving time for patient care
  • You lead the discipline and functional management of all employees assigned to the unit and ensure their professional development in line with corporate guidelines
  • You coordinate regional sales planning for the portfolio in close collaboration with the responsible Senior Vice President for the Region and ensure the global execution of required measures
  • You translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirement profiles and steer cross‑national implementation activities
  • You manage strategic projects to achieve defined business targets and initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations
  • You approve cross‑product line communication and training concepts and ensure coherent global implementation together with our Centers of Excellence, solution management units, regional management, and country organizations
  • You ensure comprehensive reporting on global business development to relevant stakeholders

 

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in life science discipline or alternative degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, International Management or a comparable business‑related field
  • Extensive leadership experience in global marketing, product management, or general management
  • Strong background in the pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven success in managing complex global portfolios
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • High degree of intercultural competence and decision‑making ability
