Within the Corporate Real Estate Management division, we are seeking a Manager Corporate Real Estate – Portfolio Management & Transactions (f/m/d).
This division is responsible for the global strategic management and operational execution of all real estate-related matters within the B. Braun Group. Our international team supports corporate development through professional transaction execution, data-driven portfolio management, and the development of sustainable real estate strategies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing and supporting global real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, leases, returns)
- Negotiation of LOIs, lease agreements, and purchase contracts to secure favorable conditions and cost savings for B. Braun
- Coordination of due diligence processes including financial, legal, and technical reviews
- Conducting market analyses to identify opportunities and risks in relevant real estate markets
- Development of standards, policies, and global processes to ensure consistent transaction procedures
- Supporting the development of a global real estate strategy to identify optimization potential (value creation, cost efficiency, consolidation)
- Maintenance and analysis of portfolio data, monitoring of critical deadlines, and preparation of KPI reports for management
- Participation in scenario analyses, utilization models, and business cases for strategic decision-making
- Supporting the creation of KPI frameworks (e.g. utilization, cost per m², CO₂ intensity) and reporting dashboards
- Assisting with the implementation of IWMS/CAFM systems and ensuring data quality in collaboration with internal departments
- Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g. departments, finance, legal) to integrate real estate decisions into corporate strategy
- Maintaining communication with external partners (e.g. brokers, landlords, service providers)
Professional Qualifications:
- Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in real estate transactions, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Solid knowledge of contract negotiation and financial modeling
- Experience working with portfolio data and KPI systems
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
