The Global Change Management Team supports global digital HR initiatives and transformation projects across B. Braun. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated student intern who is excited about digital HR topics, communication, and change management.
The internship is planned for a duration of 6 months. Work location is Melsungen, with flexible homeoffice days.
Your tasks
As part of our global Digital HR team, you will actively contribute to global HR projects and support change initiatives from idea to implementation:
- Create and maintain content for global communication, such as presentations, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and stakeholder updates.
- Support the creation of videos, tutorials, and digital learning or guidance materials (e.g. walkthroughs, learning journeys or just visuals)
- Contribute to change management activities for global projects, including stakeholder communication, engagement measures, and adoption support
- Take ownership of change management for smaller initiatives, from planning to execution
- Support the preparation and facilitation of international meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Act as a change ambassador, helping to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages for a global audience
Your profile
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, International Management, HR, Communication, Psychology, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in digital topics, HR transformation, and global collaboration
- Affinity for content creation and communication, including presentations, visuals, or digital tools
- Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Confident with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with video or design tools is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independently on defined topics
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment
