What You’ll Do:
- Innovate for Patients: Lead the charge in developing next-generation portfolio, putting our customer needs and well-being at the center of everything you do
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with other marketing departments, R&D, and supply chain teams to bring products to market faster and more effectively
- Create: Establish a global network of key opinion leaders for the assigned product portfolio
- Develop: Create innovative marketing concepts in close cooperation with our regional and local marketing organizations and business modeling teams
- Analyze: Being responsible for your assigned product portfolio over the entire lifecycle, analyze the markets and track financial figures
- Launch: Be an ambassador of your product within the entire organization and drive successfully market launches of new products and updates

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in product management, portfolio management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Proven experience in upstream and downstream marketing activities and delivering results in complex, dynamic business
- A deep understanding of the needs of (chronic) patients and the healthcare ecosystem, particularly within hemodialysis or similar areas
- Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term vision
- Strong intercultural competency plus exceptional communication and language skills in English & preferably in German
