Within the Hospital Care division of B. Braun Melsungen AG, we are looking for a Global Process Coordinator (m/f/d) SAP QM for the Quality Management department as soon as possible.
The Quality Management department is responsible for ensuring the implementation of legal guidelines and requirements. The goal of the department is to establish, continuously improve, and support quality-assuring structures and processes during the lifecycle of a product and location with IT solutions. This ensures that regulatory requirements in global target markets are met.
In addition to daily tasks to maintain the harmonized process and technology landscape in the QM environment, major digitization programs (such as Intelligent Enterprise and EWM) are in focus.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the global coordination of incoming goods and product release processes of medical devices in SAP-QM for both ongoing and new applications and their interfaces under validation conditions
- You support the harmonization of these processes in the subsidiaries
- You take on the leadership, execution, support, and active participation in international implementation projects for new and further developments, including roll-out activities
- You coordinate cross-divisional standardization and harmonization of business processes with a focus on evaluation, design, coordination, implementation, and training
- You are responsible for the leadership, execution, and support of technical SAP implementation or interface projects of the QM module as well as the monitoring and support of the start-up
- You work on the conceptualization, further development, and monitoring of digitized business processes in the functional area
- Additionally, you promote continuous exchange with global and local process coordinators and IT Solution Architects in terms of best practices for digital business processes
Professional Competencies:
- You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, information management or a similar field
- You have relevant professional experience in the aforementioned work environment and are ideally already familiar with the Quality Management module of SAP (EWM/S4 Hana)
- Core processes of quality management and regulatory requirements (especially ISO 13485, 21 CFR, NMPA, MDSAP) are not new to you, nor are the basics of documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Your qualifications are completed by very good German and English skills as well as secure MS Office knowledge
