As a Medical Sales Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors. This role requires a deep understanding of medical products, effective sales strategies, and the ability to build lasting relationships to drive business growth.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for medical products and services.
  • Identify and prioritize prospective customers such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales agreements within company guidelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Provide personalized solutions and technical support based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan promotional activities, share insights, and support product innovation.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in medical devices / healthcare sales. 
  • Preferably having technical background (Sales engineer) or familiar with equipment.
