Master Data Business Partner Specialist
Company:  B. Braun Business Services

Duties and responsibiities:

  • Securing/complying with SOPs from Finance area and monitoring compliance worldwide
  • Timely and compliant processing of master data requirements in the areas of customers, vendors and banks (creation, change, deletion) in the CMS system.
  • Checking for duplicates and assure high quality data.
  • Participation in projects in the area of Finance/Global Shared Service Finance
  • Cooperation with different requestors and Transfer Points.
  • Developing, modifying and maintaining documentation and training materials.
  • Training of new team members, requesters and other employees in the finance department or at other transfer points.
  • Acting as internal consultant for requestors to increase the process efficiency.
  • Identifying optimization potential to continuously increase of data quality.
  • Constant contact with domestic as well as foreign B. Braun companies and monitoring of the implementation of the specifications as well as support in case of problems.
