As a Marketing Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in developing, directing, and controlling business strategies and proactive activities with a strategic framework to achieve revenue and profit targets for the responsible product group. You must understand and analyze the market environment and business opportunities to execute business on portfolio strategic management, including preparing annual Marketing Plans and ensuring smooth operations.
Your key responsibilities:

Lead the divisional marketing team to achieve business targets, including strategy development, KOL engagement, SOP setup, budget management, and direct responsibility for Hemodialysis therapy.

Drive strategic marketing execution across Avitum therapies by localizing brand plans, analyzing market trends, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring effective campaign implementation.

Manage portfolio performance through key account engagement, lifecycle management, product positioning, tender updates, and alignment with global/regional strategies.

Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with sales, commercial leadership, market access, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial excellence teams to support P&L, pricing, forecasting, and product availability.

Represent the division as the main contact point for BOM, regional, and global marketing teams, providing market insights and aligning on product strategies and reporting.

Develop and lead the marketing team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, capability building, and career development to ensure strong execution and business growth.

Support Market Access initiatives by sharing product knowledge, understanding stakeholder needs, and aligning activities for successful new product launches.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager or company to support overall business objectives.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical/Pharmacy is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years in marketing/brand management within healthcare or pharma MNCs, with proven competencies in analysis, customer insights, and marketing execution.
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership of a medium‑sized marketing team.
- Advanced English communication, strategic thinking, strong planning and KOL engagement skills, ability to motivate field teams, and high professional integrity.
