As a Marketing Head at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role closely cooperate with sales team to develop and implement divisional marketing strategy of the products by analyse marketing data and collect customer insights.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Planning & Budgeting
- Plan and establish divisional marketing strategy according to market situation and product portfolie align with BU strategy
- Lead the team to implement marketing plan to achieve the business objectives according to division and BU strategy
- Manage and control the expense during marketing activities and market investment to achieve optimized ROI
- Routinely give market analysis and insights to BU sales head and work together to modify marketing strategy
2. Marketing Strategy
- Define overall marketing strategies of each BU and set proper targeting of each product line according to the market data
- Segment customer landscape and prioritize customer segments to implement product strategy
- Define the value propostion of the products
- Define the brand internally and communication strategy externally
3. Product Management
- Identifing key products for China market with alignment with global & AP team
- Analysis the product portfolio in market, provide insights and market trends to AP and global for product development
- Plan product's lifecycle from new product launch to end-of-life assessment
- Plan the development and launch of products
4. Go-to-Market planning
- evelop market access strategy and monitor strategy execution
- Develop pricing strategy and monitor the market price of products
- Develop KOL management strategy and plan relevant events
- Plan and align marketing activities to support business goals and market needs
5. People Management
- Build and develop division marketing team according to the orgnization strategy
- Coach and guide team members to achieve their performance target
- Give routinely feedback to team members to enhance their capbility
- Build a transparent and performance driven team culture
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor and above, major in medical and clinical preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing function within the medical field, with at least 3 years in product management
- 5Y+ leader experienc
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
