The Eastern European region comprises 16 countries + Export Business with a total revenue of around EUR 1.2 billion (2025). To further strengthen our commercial steering and regional performance, we are looking for a Regional Sales & Finance Controller with a dedicated focus on the Baltic sub-region.
The position will be based in Vienna reports directly to the CFO Austria / Regional CFO Eastern Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to local sales teams as well as regional management, supporting planning, steering actions, and decision-making in line with the commercial strategy
- Serve as gatekeeper of profitability across the full P&L, ensuring transparency of revenues, margins, expenses, and deviations across business areas and countries
- Focus on Financial Forecasting & Analyzes, including support of the annual target-setting
- Prepare management reports and ad‑hoc analyses and actively participate in cross-functional as well as regional projects
- Safeguard data quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with corporate financial & reporting guidelines as well as general finance & controlling standards
Professional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- 1-2 years professional experience in controlling (sales or commercial controlling is an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP-BW and TM1 or comparable planning and BI tools
- Fluent English
