As a Manager – Neurosurgery at B. Braun you plays a vital role in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with company and regional objectives to drive business unit success. You will lead strategic growth and operational excellence in one of the most critical specialties in healthcare. This role combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to drive business performance, strengthen partnerships, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve patient outcomes.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Manage performance and profitability by setting annual sales forecasts and overseeing full P&L responsibilities.
  • Lead commercial strategies including sales, product mix, pricing, launches, customer retention, and distribution.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through projects, partnerships, and consulting engagements for short- and long-term goals.
  • Adapt to market dynamics by monitoring healthcare trends and collaborating with Market Access to refine strategies.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure compliance while leading negotiations, resolving customer issues, and maintaining professional development.
  • Collaborate with territory managers and cross-functional teams to lead client negotiations, secure business opportunities, and optimize inventory planning for accurate demand forecasting.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

  • University degree in business, marketing, medical science, medicine, nursing or related field
  • At least 12 years experience in the field of medical devices.
  • Possesses strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and business acumen with a high sense of accountability.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and structured thinking skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
  • Highly proficient in interpersonal relations and fluent in spoken and written English.
