As a Manager - Divisional Supply Chain Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure global or regional availability of all demands for the responsible product portfolio while meeting inventory targets, desired service levels, and balanced production utilization.
- Ensure implementation of sales planning and marketing/sales goals into annual production and procurement planning for corporate production sites and external suppliers of traded goods, aligned with the strategic goals of the division.
- Operational rough production planning or procurement within defined target parameters, making independent decisions.
- Independently coordinate demand requirements from sales companies, divisions, and possibly production within the network.
- Monitor delivery reliability of production sites or suppliers and timely communicate to sales and demand carriers in case of expected or existing shortages.
- Independently initiate shortage management and coordinate measures to minimize shortages with relevant interfaces.
- Process orders from corporate sales companies and independently review and manage planning-relevant master data and parameters.
- Initiate and support necessary process optimization measures.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor Degree in any field with relevant experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning, especially in distribution planning.
- Good experience in inventory management and optimization, Supply Risk & Shortage Management.
- Familiar with ERP & Planning System Expertise (e.g., SAP, APO, Power BI).
- Good experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills/
- Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry experience is added advantage.
- Exposure to supply Chain Transformation or digitalization projects or continuous imporvement initiatives is added advantage.
- Strong people leadership and team management experience is added advantage.
