Analyze & Report operating results in terms of profitability, forecasts & variances.

Responsible for preparation of annual operating plan and financial budget that support the organization’s strategy

Provide strategic business insights on financial & accounting aspects, to evaluate business challenges & steering profitability

Collaborate in strategic business decisions across various business segments. To engage & support internal customers like stakeholders, business head & cross-functional teams on business case analysis & management reporting.

To conduct financial and cost review meetings, identify measures to control costs and improve profitability.

Financial evaluation of new business challenges related to changes in internal and external environment.

To undertake special assignments and projects as per business requirement

 

Education : Bachelor/ Masters of Commerce and CA / ICWA
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience out of which 3 years of in FP&A role. Experience of Health care/Pharma industry will be added advantage.
