Why is this a good opportunity for you?
As the Marketing Director for B. Braun Mexico, you will have the opportunity to define and lead marketing strategy for our portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving sustainable company growth.
You will oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage budgets and resources, conduct market research, and analyze data to refine plans and maximize impact.
This role is pivotal in shaping market positioning, accelerating product adoption, and strengthening our presence in the healthcare sector, while driving profitability and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Your key responsabilities will be:

Design, define and lead marketing strategies in collaboration with the C-level, setting the strategic direction for the business and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to drive long-term growth.

Manage and ensure the execution of strategic marketing plans, setting priorities, allocating resources, and establishing performance indicators to measure impact and profitability.

Analyze and determine guidelines for product portfolio management, market positioning, trends, lifecycle, and competitive landscape to generate demand and sustain growth.

Oversee branding and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and managing promotional activities to strengthen market positioning.

Coordinate the development of marketing policies and product plans for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, making strategic decisions on adjustments and modifications as needed.

Ensure efficient management of budgets and resources, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.

Lead, mentor, and develop marketing managers, fostering a high-performance culture and strategic capabilities.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to support commercial objectives.
The knowledge and skills we are looking for are:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing in the medical device industry, with at least 5 years in an executive position.

Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
