As an Account Manager B2B you will be in charge of developing strategies that drive revenue growth and matain long-term business relationships in order to reach sales targets and expand our B2B cutomer base. 

Your key responsabilities will be:

  1. Lead Marketing efforts to position products and services to business clients, enhacing brand recognition, and cultivating long-term cutomer relations.
  2. Create opportunity proposals for B. Braun Mexico's products and/or services that meet the needs of B2B customers.
  3. Develop pricing strategies for the entire portfolio of products and/or services, ensuring that brand equity is high and prices are competitively maximized.
  4. Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from acquisition to long-term partnership.

The knowledge and skills we are looking for are:

Biomedical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, related. Master's degree in Business or Project Management desirable.
Software skills: Advanced Excel, database management, CRM (Salesforce desirable), Power BI desirable.
Advanced English (spoken and written)
5 years planning, organizing and managing Projects (B2B)
5 years in Medical Devices/Pharma sales
5 years DM/Pharma in B2B business development
3 years managing high performing teams

Significant experience successfully securing sales to achieve targets.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies for B2B accounts to achieve new, retained and additional sales.
Experience in analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people with tact and diplomacy, including senior management, stakeholders and suppliers.
Excellent commercial experience in creating sales opportunities for B2B accounts, including opportunity creation and pricing.
