MD Complaint Specialist HC 1 year

Job objective:

  • Complaint Management related data analysis;
  • Identification of AI opportunities (low-code, no-code) to increase efficiency and quality of the execution of the Complaint Management process;
  • Case Coordination of Customer complaints;
  • Regular exchange with headquarters;
  • Monitoring, follow-up of Complaint Process Performance of B.Braun country organizations and Investigation Sites.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of process performance data;
  • Follow up with process participants to ensure high level of process performance;
  • Identification of low-code / no-code AI opportunities to improve process performance;
  • Development and implementation of low-code / no-code AI opportunities to improve process performance;
  • Case Coordination of customer complaints according to process;
  • IMDRF coding of customer complaints according to process;
  • Support Vigilance and PMS with data analysis and development and implementation of AI opportunities.
  • Assure lessons-learned procedures;
  • Safeguarding/Adherence of Compliance Regulation “Code of Conduct“.

 

Professional competencies / Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in data analysis, process improvement, or quality management, ideally within a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or similar). Previous internship, project, or 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Quality Management, or similar);
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization);
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, Access, or similar) and/or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath);
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in identifying and implementing automation or AI-driven process improvements (even at a basic level);
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate);
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Python, RPA, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive learner with strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Works independently and inclusively, with a structured and goal-oriented mindset.
  • English - advanced level (written and spoken)
  • German - intermediate level (is an advantage)
  • Willing to travel internationally.
