Digital Systems Controller

Your Role:

 

We are recruiting a Digital Systems & Business Improvement Controller to join our B. Braun Sterilog team in Pudsey. In this role, you will support the management, development, and optimisation of our digital systems, including our track and trace solution, to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Working closely with technical, production, and business excellence teams, you will analyse data, support system improvements, and help drive continuous improvement across the facility. You will act as a system superuser, providing technical support to colleagues, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (including participation in an oncall rota)

Location:  B. Braun Sterilog, Richardshaw Road, Pudsey, LS28 6QW

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support and system administration for the instrument tracking system (e.g., T-DOC)
  • Manage vendor relationships and support software updates, testing, and system improvements
  • Maintain accurate digital records and support compliance with ISO, HTM, and regulatory standards
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports alongside the Business Excellence team
  • Analyse data to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis across production KPIs and support corrective action plans
  • Deliver user support and assist with staff training on digital systems

Support customer-facing teams with system usage, reporting, and technical queries

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience supporting digital systems or databases
  • Practical awareness of change management processes
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and present findings clearly
  • IT literacy, including confidence with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g., Power Apps, SmartHub, Excel)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing a varied workload
  • Understanding of quality, compliance, or regulated environments (ISO, HTM or similar)
