Your Role:

At B. Braun, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our healthcare partners, and we’re looking for a dedicated professional who excels at building strong relationships to help us achieve this. As a Customer Partnership Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between our decontamination facility and NHS theatre teams.

In this newly created role, you will support day-to-day service delivery, manage bespoke customer needs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your ability to connect, communicate, and collaborate will directly impact patient care and strengthen partnerships across our healthcare network.


Key Details:

Location: This role will be split between the B. Braun Sterilog Facility in Pudsey

and NHS Trust customer sites.

We have two positions available, covering:

  • Leeds General Infirmary & St James's University Hospital
  • Bradford Royal Infirmary

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for theatre teams, building strong, positive relationships.
  • Handle bespoke requests and keep communication clear and timely.
  • Lead service reviews and feedback sessions to strengthen performance and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the customer voice internally to drive improvements.
  • Support coordination of instrument sets and repairs.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.

  • Excellent communication skills: able to build trust and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisational and time management skills: comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset: proactive in resolving issues and driving improvements.
  • Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy in coordination and reporting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: willing to work across multiple sites and respond to changing needs.
  • Professional approach: reliable, self-motivated, and able to use your initiative.

 

This position would suit someone who is commercially aware within the NHS, has experience of theatre operations, or possesses a good understanding of decontamination processes. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who can demonstrate the ability to build strong customer relationships.
