Your Opportunity

 

 

We are looking for an experienced Renal Care Centre Manager to provide a high quality of nursing care, lead and mentor nursing staff, and manage the financial performance and growth of our successful Nepean (NSW) centre.

 

 

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will use your blend of nursing and business skills to help expand our Renal Care operations in NSW and be a part of our growing B. Braun Avitum Renal Care business in Australia.

 

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

 

  • Providing quality nursing care in the delivery of dialysis treatments through directing and coordinating patient care 
  • Maintaining a patient centric environment that encourages the transfer of knowledge into practice.
  • Leading and mentoring a nursing team, including supporting nurses on the floor.
  • Reviewing monthly P & L statements to help manage financial performance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the local Renal Community, hospitals, referring. nephrologists, key regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for operational, contractual and/or supplier improvements.

 

 

 

About You

 

 

To be successful in this role, your experience will include:

 

 

  • Current RN Division 1 Nursing qualifications
  • Several years leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting- Current Nurse Unit Managers (Dialysis) and senior nurses in hemodialysis, Clinical Nurses or ANUM are also encouraged to apply
  • Commercial/business experience, including financial and operational management of a clinic.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to continuous improvement

 

Desirable:

 

  • Five years nursing experience in dialysis therapies
  • Post graduate Renal certificate

 

 

 

Additional requirement :

 

 

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
