As a QC Jr. Lab Assistant based at Cikampek, at B. Braun you will play a vital role for implement the Environment Monitoring (EM) program in production areas in accordance with applicable procedures to ensure conditions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
- Monitoring Execution:
- Perform sampling of air, surfaces, and personnel in production areas according to the schedule.
- Carry out monitoring methods such as settle plate, contact plate, and active air sampling. - Documentation & Data Integrity:
- Record monitoring results accurately in logbooks and electronic systems.
- Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate). - Analysis & Trending:
- Input data into systems for microbiological contamination trend analysis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on EM results and provide improvement recommendations. - Investigation & Corrective Actions:
- Participate in investigations when out-of-specification (OOS) or alert results occur.
- Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Calibration & Validation:
- Ensure EM equipments (air sampler, particle counter, compressed gas devices) are calibrated and validated according to schedule. - Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP, ISO, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., BPOM).
- Be prepared for internal and external audits.
Professional & Personal Qualifications:
- Minimum education is Vocational School Graduate in Laboratory Analysis or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year experience in QC Microbiology from pharmaceutical industry or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Understanding basic mathematical calculations.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments with high discipline.
- Familiarity with data trending software (Ms Excel).
