As a QC Lab Assistant - Chemical based at Cikampek, at B. Braun you will play a vital role for implement the quality in production areas in accordance with applicable procedures to ensure conditions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibility
1. Analyze chemical sample in laboratory
- (Release sample in tank control, bottling control and finished product)
- Prepare reagent analysis, washing glassware
- Ensure, maintenance and operate instrument as schedule- Participate in Investigation when out of specification
2. Analyze physical sample in process production
- Monitored and coordinated in process production
3. Sampling, waste handling, instrument handling, reagent and reference handling
4. Stability studies analysis, retain sample handling
- Analyze sample as schedule and create report
- Monitoring condition of stability room
5. Documentation
- Input SAP system, monitoring reagent, paste label release.
- Create/ prepare trend data monthly
Professional & Personal Qualifications:
1. Minimum education is Vocational School Graduate in Analytical Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Science.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Chemical Laboratory from pharmaceutical industry or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Understanding of specific instrument such as HPLC, AAS, Titration, Spectrophotometry.
4. Good knowledge GLP, GMP, CPOB and Pharmacopeia Indonesia.
5. Good knowledge basic Chemistry (Atomic structure, chemical reaction, stoichiometry, and concentration).
6. Good knowledge basic Computerize (Excel, Word).
7. Analytical thinking, Communicative and Adaptive.
8. Willing to work shifts.
