As a Head of Quality Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring the key element of the quality control system, standard operating procedures, regulatory and business requirements are met all the time. All this quality activities are reported to the PLant General Manager and BBraun Divisional (Global)
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) are correct and complete for final review pior to the release
- Establishing, implementing, monitoring and controlling procedure to assure the consistency of halal production
- Daily monitoring on each material used according to halal certificate, specification and producer
- To follow the company's rules and all management system that applied across the company, such as GMP, Quality Management System, SMK3, etc
- Budget controls, including but not limited to preparation of budget plans and, control and monitoring of budget implementation
- Manage and control Quality Performance Activities, including but not limited to training & GMP qualifications, GMP Compliance, Audit, CAPA and Quality Risk Management, Pharmacovigilance, Complaint Handling, Recall and Return product handling, & Dossier Development for product registration
What you will bring to the team:
- Registered Pharmacistm with a minimum of 5 years of experience within Pharmaceutical Industries
- Experience in Quality Management production role, that has been based at a manufacturing plant
- Highly preferred, experience within the production of pharmaceutical products or infusion pumps
