Our Legal Operations team is at the forefront of driving digital transformation and operational excellence across the global Legal function. Acting as a trusted partner to legal colleagues around the world, we design, manage, and continuously improve the processes, systems, and technologies that enable efficient and scalable legal support.
As part of our team, you will work closely with legal professionals across multiple regions and functions, helping to maintain and enhance key legal technology platforms such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and e-signature solutions. You will contribute to a modern legal technology ecosystem by supporting user administration, access management, system optimization, and the adoption of innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system performance, also including
- providing 2nd-level support to business users,
- managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights,
- ensuring data quality and system integrity through regular data cleansing, maintenance, and optimization activities within the CLM environment
- Support the administration and user management of electronic signature solutions, including user onboarding, configuration, and issue resolution
- Maintain and enhance knowledge management resources related to CLM processes and tools, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft OneNote, Power Apps, Teams, and SharePoint
- Assist with the implementation, administration, and support of additional Legal and Compliance Technology solutions as the technology landscape evolves
- Contribute to process improvements, user training, documentation, and the continuous enhancement of legal technology services
Professional Competencies:
- Experience with or willingness to learn Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and legal technology solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and Power Apps
- Experience with user administration, access management, or data quality activities
- English (B2), German (A1/A2) and/or other languages are a plus

Salary range: 7.000 - 8.000 PLN gross monthly.
