Your key responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for Automated Infusion Pumps and Infusion Therapy solutions through project-based business development, including identifying, developing, and converting capital investment opportunities within government and private healthcare institutions.Manage and develop distributor partners to ensure effective territory coverage, tender execution, pipeline management, and achievement of sales and profitability targets across Cakung, Ciputat, and Bogor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, clinicians, procurement teams, and decision-makers to expand market penetration and secure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Key Account Management (KAM), and Central Division, while coordinating with distributors to execute sales plans and business strategies effectively.
- Achieve sales, profit, and ROI objectives by balancing customer requirements with company policies, ensuring sustainable business growth and efficient utilization of sales resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring implementation of company strategies, processes, and performance standards throughout the assigned territory.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, Health Practitioner.
- Approx. 2–5 years of experience in medical devices sales, specifically within capital assets and medical equipment / devices.
- Experience in hospital projects, or capital Business, investment within equipment business, medical assets, etc.
