As a Group Product Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role under the supervision of the Business Unit Head supervision, to be a product leader who manages the product team responsible for a particular group of products. Support and work closely with Business Management team to achieve division and company's goal and objectives.
Your key responsibilities:

Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic/marketing planning to campaign planning, tactical activities, and inventory management/forecasting. Work with Supply Chain to effectively manage product inventory, minimizing short expiry stocks and out-of-stock situations. Develop budget and revenue forecasts for new and existing products.

Continually strive to build better competitive advantages for the current and future business; build an in-depth knowledge of customers, competitors, and the market.

Manage the entire product life cycle, price fitness, and product roadmap (current and next 5 years) to ensure the growth sustainability of the business unit.

Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers and alliances with customers, manufacturers, strategic alliances, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors that promote the goodwill of the company and serve its interests best.

Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industry codes, and local laws and regulations.
What you will bring to the team:

Minimum Degree as a highest qualification
-
Experience in Marketing within Medical Devices – Preferably Surgical
-
5 years’ experience medical devices, specifically surgical equipment, with 3 years leadership experience
-
Marketing experience includes conducting workshop, round table meetings, symposiums, proctorship. KOL development program, internal product training, etc.
