As a Group Business Manager in the ORS (Operating Room Supplies) portfolio with us in B.Braun, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and executing strategic initiatives across Medan and Semarang. Execution of all marketing related strategy, objectives and activities, to achieve sales targets, increasing profitability, implement process and strategy in area responsibility effectively, balancing the demands of multiple internal and external customers, while achieving a high ROI on sales resource. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will champion compliance, foster team development, and contribute to the overall success of B. Braun Indonesia’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Implement and localize marketing strategies, manage assigned products, and proactively identify business opportunities in your territory.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, manage budgets and discounts responsibly, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
- Build strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration, training, and responsive service.
- Promote products effectively, utilize CRM tools for planning and reporting, and oversee installations and technical coordination.
- Ensure all business activities and team operations align with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously enhance your own capabilities, support team development, and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, Health Practitioner.
- Min 3 - 5 years' experience in sales in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience ideally in people-management.
