Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive IT team as an IT Systems Support.

This role is ideal for someone ready to kickstart their IT career or continue developing their skills in a hands‑on, people‑focused environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative IT team that supports a wide range of stakeholders across our UK operations. From setting up devices to troubleshooting complex issues, your work will help keep our business running smoothly and our people connected.

 

Key Details:

Location: Office working. 4 days a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW, and 1 day a week at our other UK sites.

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract: Permanent

 

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for IT workplace infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications.
  • Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software across office and remote setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple UK sites.
  • Deliver first-level IT support via phone, email, helpdesk, and in person.
  • Collaborate on IT projects including system upgrades and new tech rollouts.
  • Deliver IT training to new starters and update documentation and knowledge bases.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Knowledge of IT systems or relevant studies, training, or hands‑on interest.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Apps like Office, Sharepoint and OneDrive, as well as helpdesk ticketing system would be beneficial.
  • A customer first mindset.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions to users with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage time effective.
  • Full UK driving license (essential for travel to other sites)
