As an Intervention & Cardiology Territory Manager at B. Braun you will play a vital role in driving direct hospital sales, building strong relationships with surgeons, and providing expert product support in Intervention & Cardiology products.
Your key responsibilities:
- Promote and sell assigned products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, radiologists, surgeons, distributors, and hospital decision-makers.
- Forecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
- Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
- Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and feedback to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Market Access, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain accurate records and reports using internal procedures like CRM systems in line with company requirements
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements
What you will bring to the team:
- 3-7 years of sales experience in hospital sales and healthcare industry
- OR 3-7 years of Clinical specialist experience
- University degree, preferably majored in bio-health area
- Nursing experience at a university hospital is strongly preferred, particularly in Radiology
- Strong understanding of the healthcare system, product/market specialty, clinical knowledge
- Solid management experience in KOL, Channel, Key Account
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High ethical standards and strong compliance mindset
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Good command of English will be a plus
