Around 350 employees are working at the facility for the manufacturing of products utilized in hospitals, private practices, and emergency services, thus solidifying Oyster Medisafe as a prominent company within its industry. Key Responsibilities
- Controlling & Supervision of All Stores activity.
- Training to Subordinate as per GMP / SOP.
- Manpower Distribution and Allocation of Work and Optimum utilization of manpower.
- Supervisory Checking of All Incoming / Out Going Materials for accuracy against Receipt & Issue documents.
- Co-Ordination with the Purchase Dept. for Timely Procurement of Materials for Smooth Production activity.
- Audit compliance for Internal & External.
- Prepare Monthly MIS & PPT
- Monitoring of Dispensing/Issuance of Raw & Packing Materials.
- To ensure Timely Submission of Daily /Monthly Reports to Finance / Purchase.
- To ensure Physical verification of materials without Variance.
- To ensure follow Procedure /SOP for Handling of Scrap.
- Inventory Control & Maintain CIW
- Responsible for Scrap disposal & Sale.
- Other Jobs assigned by Head SCM/Plant Head.
- To Develop the Team by Developing skill on GMP practice at all the time through continuous training and to create culture of safe Working.
KRAs & Specific Roles
- Inventory Accuracy 99.99%
- To Take Measures and provide Suggestion for the Cost Reduction by 2-5% of the consumption of the consumable items/ stores Item. And to find the area/Item where can save Cost.
- Maintain the Warehouse / Upgradation of Process/ Practices /Systems as per Current Regulatory Requirement.
- No Critical/Major Audit Point Internal & External in Stores area.
- Regularly plan for Scrap disposal to avoid safety risks in plant.
- To take Initiative to bring the Regulatory documentation online and Timely Submission of Various Monthly/Weekly /daily Report.
- Inventory control & maintain.

Educational Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Experience : 5-6 Years of Experience in Raw Material Stores (Pharma/Medical Equipment)
