Job purpose: This role is designed to develop professional sales skills while leveraging knowledge to support product promotion, customer engagement, and market development. The trainee will receive on-the-job training and coaching to become a competent Customer Partner Representative.
Job responsibilities:
1) Sales & Customer Engagement Support:
• Learn assigned products, therapeutic areas, and key competitors to understand basic value propositions and product usage.
• Stay updated on product features and benefits through training materials, coaching sessions, and field learning opportunities.
• Accompany CPR/CPM/CPL to hospitals or healthcare professionals for learning and observation purposes, as assigned.
• Support product presentations and demonstrations by preparing materials and observing scientific selling practices under supervision.
• Support CPR/CPM/CPL in building and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare stakeholders through ethical and compliant interactions.
• Collect and summarize basic customer, KOL feedback, and market information using provided formats.
2) Sales Operation & Internal Support:
• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and updating tender reports from dealers and sales teams based on provided templates.
• Update machine project and tender tracking files on a weekly basis.
• Support the sales team in tracking inventory status and shipment progress by coordinating with SCM under supervision.
• Support CPMs in collecting and organizing import-related data according to instructions.
• Support sales managers by preparing and updating datasets for analysis purposes.
• Collect basic information on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements as instructed by the sales team. - Support sales activities under the guidance of CPL: CLM, contract tracking, eclaim.
• Support sales activities under the guidance of CPL, such as CLM administration, contract tracking, and e-claim support.
• Support weekly/monthly sales and marketing meetings by assisting with data preparation and report consolidation.
• Assist in organizing customer meetings, seminars, conferences, and internal events.
3) Market Intelligence & Tender Support:
• Support the collection and consolidation of market and tender-related information for internal reporting and learning purposes.
• Collect and summarize market information using provided formats.
4) Others as assigned by superiors from time to time :

Job requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2/ Working experience :
- Fresh graduation or less than 1 years of experience in relevant position.
- Working experience in a multi-national company is advantageous. Sales or Marketing internship experience is advantageous.
