  1. Job Purpose: The position holder will demonstrate accountability for processing, maintaining and developing the assigned procedures, processes related to FFE workflow.
  2. Tasks & Responsibility
    • Saleforce Effectiveness Support (45%)
      • CRM system support: Support FFE Officer and FFE Manager in
        - System data handling
        - User support for troubleshooting and daily usage
      • Sales, Inventory and other related data procssing support
    • Market Intelligence Support (40%)
      • Tender data:
        - Support S&M in obtaining, building up the Market tender data via external source (dauthau.info...) 
        - Consolidate dealers' report and market tender data into comprehensive data set for analysis and report based on S&M and Management request
      • Import data:
        - Support S&M Management in collecting, streamlining, the import data and in building up comprehensive data set for analysis.
    • Data processing support (15%) Support in data processing for S&M per S&M request for report, analysis…
  3. Qualification Requirement
    • Education
      • Must have: Bachelor (can be last year of education)
      • Nice to have: IT, Data related background
    • Working Experience
      • Must have: Basic experience in working with data
      • Nice to have: Experience with SFDC and/or similar position (FFE)
    • Skill:
      • Basic in Excel
      • Self-driven
      • Adaptability
      • Attention to detail
      • PowerBI skill is a advantageous
