Job Purpose: The incumbent will support the Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Associate in implementing business development and marketing activities for the IVT product porfolio. The role focuses on learning core business development processes, supporting daily operations, and building foundational knowledge of the IVT market, products, and stakeholders.
Job description:
1. Sales & Business Development Support: 30%.
-Learn assigned products, therapeutic areas, and key competitors to understand basic value propositions and product usage.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits through training materials, coaching sessions, and field learning opportunities.
- Support the Business Development Associate in preparing sales materials, presentations, and product information for customers and dealers.
- Assist in collecting sales data and basic market information.
- Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, or workshops as an observer or assistant to gain hands-on learning.
2. Marketing & Event Coordination: 25%
- Support the preparation and coordination of marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, product training events, and surgeon training programs.
- Help manage event logistics, participant lists, and post-event documentation.
3. Market Research & Analysis Support: 20%
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and hospital demand Support market research initiatives, including data collection on competitors, pricing, products, and market trends in the orthopedic field.
Collect feedback from surgeons and hospital stakeholders => after event? or how?
- Support KOL mapping and engagement activities
- Conduct basic data analysis under guidance and summarize findings for review.
- Assist in updating market intelligence reports, tender results, and competitor activity tracking.
4. Operational Support: 20%
- Assist in working with internal SCM in tracking purchase orders, delivery status, and stock movement.
- Support in preparing all necessary documents for tender (if any) and sales administration support.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as SCM, Finance, CSR and RA under supervision.
5. Report and other tasks: 5%
- Prepare simple reports, meeting minutes, and presentation slides as assigned.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team objectives and learning.
Qualification Requirement
1.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacyor a related field.
2.Working experience:
Fresh graduation or less than 1 years of experience in relevant position. Nice to have: Internship experience in sales, marketing, market research, or healthcare-related fields.
3.Skill:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking. Basic analytical and data-handling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
