Job Purpose:
The Product Manager - Renal Care will assume a key role in developing and promoting B. Braun Avitum's products (inlcuding but not limited to Hemodialysis concentrates/ machines, consumables...) in different customer segmentations and business models. The incumbent will build and implement tactical plan to drive the performance of Renal Care business in terms of revenue, profitability and market share.
Tasks & Responsibility:
1. Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals. (30%)
1.1) Develop product positioning plan
1.2) Evaluate competitive products and develop response actions
1.3) Monitor and measure MKT campaigns or launched products and feed learnings back into MKT activities/ product development process
1.4) Work with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs and translate them into product requirements
1.5) Produce MKT materials (Brochure/Catalogue/detailing Aid/ Symposia Highlight)
1.6) Work with regional and gloabl team on strategic issues experience
1.7) Manage the product backlog and prioritize the features based on business and customer impact
1.8) Understand competitor then propose price strategy to ensure high profit
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the product branding/development process & improve forecast accuracy; Excellent execution in management key account mapping; Materials development (35%)
2.1) Lead & excellent execution holistic engagement plan for Key accounts mapping (Renal Care centers)
2.2) Operationalize a tactical plan for a cross-functional team: Deliver key message, campaign implementation, tracking record performance, run event & logistic with high quality...
2.3) Conduct training, role-play to enhance detailing call quality to sales team. Do Key visual/Detailing Aid/ Product introduction master slide based on customer behavior analysis.
2.4) Update and share to the team and relevant department for new concept/new campaign/new materials update...
2.5) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders and customers
2.6) Closely monitor & work with Sales team also quickly catchup the market trend to ensure forecast accuracy
2.7) Closely work with Regulatory team to ensure registration timeline (new product launching)
3. Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met while adhering to financial and time constraints (30%)
3.1) Keep updated of clinical research and treatment trends to understand the gap of unmeet need to provide ideal concept of communication story
3.2) Build closely relationship with KOLs to get their strong endorsement
3.2) Coordinate with CPL, CPM to continuously improve the quality of operations through receive feedbacks, surveys our solutions (product, technical service, event logistic)
4. Others (5%)
Other tasks as assigned from time to time by direct manager and/or higher management
Qualification Requirement:
1. Education:
- Pharmacist degree
- Good command of English
2. Working Experience:
- Experience in marketing & sale of at least 5 years
- Work experience in Project management/ Nephrology (more preferable)
- Experience in other functions (sales, market access) will be an advantage - Experience of New Launch (new product / new indications)
3. Skills:
- Strong background in business & product management
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and unify teams. - Excellent communication skills to deliver clear messages to stakeholders (internal & external, KOLs.)
