As a Product Executive at B. Braun you will play a vital role for Medical Nutrition portfolios including Parenteral Nutrition, Enteral Nutrition, and Oral Nutrition Supplements. Reporting to HC Marketing Manager, the Product Executive will involve in developing robust strategic marketing plan, leading implementation of marketing activities, and collaborating with Regional Marketing team as well as Sales forces and cross-functional teams to manage Nutrition portfolios and drive portfolio performance in Vietnam market to achieve business goals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and implementing of marketing activities for Nutrition portfolios (PN, EN, ONS) to achieve business target. Prepare annual marketing plan of assigned product portfolios, tailoring Global and Regional marketing strategies to adapt to local market environment. Lead implementation of marketing activities to drive portfolio performance within approved budget while ensuring adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and government regulations. Work closely with Sales team to drive effectiveness of marketing activities, resource synergy, KOLs/KDMs engagement and competitors management
  • Actively prepare and lead new product launch/product relaunch under guidance of Marketing Manager. Collaborate with Global, Regional marketing, Regulatory Affairs team and relevant stakeholders to follow-up product registration matters as required. Review monthly, annual sales forecast and collaborate with supply chain and regional team in managing overall product availability and inventory in local market. Work with relevant stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies of assigned products to achieve profit targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to work with MOH Procurement Center on price negotiation if required.
  • Field force support: Provide Sales force with necessary brand materials and detailing tools. Collaborate with Training to provide required product knowledge training and selling skills to effectively perform their selling function. Cooperate with Sales team to prepare for the hospital Tender & centralize Tender approach
  • Market Analyze: Review and analyze regularly competitive advantages of B.Braun products vs competitors so as to develop effective, relevant communication for Sales force to compete on field. Work with the Commercial excellence team to analyze market data, design and conduct market research if required to gain further customer insights and identify business opportunities for current portfolios as well as new product launch.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationship and establish network of Key Opinion Leaders who advocate and share expertise of medical nutrition at scientific meetings and CME activities. Establish contacts, form affiliations, make proper representation of the company and participate in meetings, conventions and network building opportunities
  • Others: Deliver other tasks as assigned by line manager and/or the company

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Graduated from University, major in Medicine & Pharmacy. Nice to have:  Marketing or management qualification preferred
  • More than 3 years of experience in relevant position; Strong compliance mindset. Nice to have: Working experience in multi-national pharmaceutical companies is an advantag
  • Skills: Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, and achieving performance measures. Strong analytical skills, planning to analyze data and develop appropriate marketing strategies to address market conditions. Must track and monitor performance of the brand.
  • Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person. Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner. High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
