About the Role
We are seeking a Force Effectiveness (FFE) Executive to join our team at B Braun Vietnam. The Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) Executive drives sales performance through data, CRM, and analytics. This role focuses on managing CRM data, building insights, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to improve field effectiveness, and is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who want to impact business decisions in a multinational environment.

I. Job Purpose
The jobholder will take lead in building, managing and implementing field-operation and customer and related database. Maximize the field-force capacity usage through successfully implementing and executing CRM system modules. Track, and analyze customer engagement, market insights, related databases by detailing follow up.
II. Tasks & Responsibility
1. Business Understanding & Acumen:
• Primarily understanding of sales processes and the role of CRM such as tender process, Demo, sample, …
• Conduct support related to data management and analysis to provide business insights, common market information to sales and marketing colleagues.
• Strategy insight partnership with Marketing and Field Operations: Monthly assess the quality report of Field force Activities, Business Expansion Consulting.
2. Data Owner, Training & Implementation
• Owner of all databases within CRM (SFDC) system (accounts, HCP, opportunity, campaign…) according to the authority: work with AP CRM as the main contact for CRM (SFDC).
• Main person in charge of Sales and Sale-related data of full company to provide data monthly, quarterly, annually to support the process of Sales performance calculation of Sales team and other business analysis needs.
• Conduct training regarding CRM (SFDC) system and reports to users: how to use and customize the report from system. Willing to travel for training purposes.
3. KPls, Analytics & Targeting-Segmentation
• Create custom Reports and Dashboards sales & marketing colleagues monitoring and analyzing needs.
• Provide the consulting to Sales & MK based on facts of data to lead to decision making
• Synergize data from validated third party sources into CRM: cooperate to EDP to collect, format and input mass data into CRM.
• Conduct Targeting & Segmentation (profiling) projects based on the data within CRM and sales data. Design and set up the data report framework for specific projects for the Sales and Marketing team.
• Cooperate to S&M Management to design the KPIs that measure and track on the quality report of Sales Force to ensure the CRM utilization.
4. Consolidate and manage Sales Incentive, Secondary Sales, Inventory Data from Dealers/Distributors
• Collect and standardize the secondary sales and inventory data from dealers/distributors
• Consolidate and homogenize the “in market sales data”
• Collect and capture the sales record from Dealers & internal Managers to prepare database of Sales incentive
• Make monthly/quarterly sales report as requirement
III. Qualification Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information / Data System, E-commerce and related degree
- Have 2-3 years of experience in relevant position
- Professional level with Microsoft Office, PowerBI or alike
- Good English skills in both communication and in writing
- Nice to have:
- Working experience in a multi-national company is advantageous
- Experience in managing subordinate
- Skills:
- Communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and business acumen, understanding sales channel nature via reports
- Strong analytical skills can provide basic data analytic report.
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
