Job Purpose: The position holder demonstrates the accountability for covering the Renal Care portfolio as promoting and selling B. Braun's product and service within assigned territory to meet sales targets.

Job Function :

  • Developing, building and strenthening long-term relationship with stakeholders including districbutors as well as healthcare professionals (35%). Develop relationship with KOLs, key customers through scientific communication and educational activities align with B. Braun's policy and compliance. Implement daily report in SFDC/Alexis for daily tracking and sales tracking
  • Promoting, pursuing leads, assesing needs and providing product/ services to maximize the benefits derived from company's product and services (35%).  Actively seek, identify , analyse and present new bussiness opporturnities and improvement ideas to direct manager. Tracking and report sales data as well as tender in his/her territories. Work closely with dealer to understand tenders process and maximize B. Braun winning rate. Support local distributor prepare tender documents and ensure that tender documents are submmiteed in full and on time
  • Supporting marketing to conduct market research including  customers and competitors' activities. Monitor competitors's activities and report to direct manager and marketing. (20%). Support marketing in doing survey about market/ competitors price/ competitors services / customer insight
  • Support customers in technical problems with the B. Braun product (10%). Work closely with engineer to sending technical problem report and sending back timeline to solving this problem with customer

 

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education

Must have:Graduate pharmacy and medical university/Biomedical Engineering

2. Working Experience:

Must have: 2 years experiences in sales or maketing in pharmacetical or medical devices fields

Nice to have: 'minimum one year experiences in medical devices fields

3. Skills (please specify top 5 skills as priority level):

'Strong communication skill , able to work dependendly with healcare professional.
Good at MS, English ( can read documents)
Ability to plan project/ tender
Good at presentation 
Hard work and team work and willing to learn new knowledge
