Job purpose:
The incumbent for IVT (Aesculap Division) is responsible for promoting and selling IVT products to extended hospitals and healthcare professionals within ETC channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and dealers, and expanding our market presence in general market while fully adhering to regulatory standards, company policies in all interactions and activities.
Responsibility:
1. Sales and business development
1.1) Create and implement effective sales plan to achieve sales targets for assigned product ranges. Based on the historical sales and analysis of actual situation of market, propose sales forecast to direct manager in order to have sufficient stock for sales and further sales forecast and tracking.
1.2) Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to extended hospitals as well as managing well the relationship with distributors/ dealers.
1.3) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and usage of products to hospital-based healthcare staff.
1.4) Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
1.5) Keep updated of progress and development in the market and at key customers in charge to identify and establish new business opportunities.
2. Customer engagement
2.1) Maintain frequent visit to customers
2.2) Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers such as hospital procurement departments, pharma chain procurement teams, distributors to extend partnership and route to market for B. Braun products.
2.2) Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to product usage or delivery.
2.3) Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
2.4) Find out customer insights and needs through daily conversation and observation to propose business opportuntities as a trsuted partner.
2.5) Act as first point of contact to handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction/ understanding and compliance.
2.6) Collaborate with internal teams for including but not limited to customer meetings, seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, tender submission"
3. Tender management
3.1) Combine customer understanding, regulatory and economic landscape to identify potental investment and purchase opportunities of customers.
3.2) Ensure B.Braun's products are listed in extended hospital tenders by meeting all necessary criteria and deadlines.
3.3) Monitor the performance of submitted tenders and manage any issues that arise during the tender process.
3.4) Work closely with CSR team and dealers/ distributors who handle the preparation of tender documents to ensure all requirements are met."
4. Territory management
4.1) Co-operate with Direct Manager to allcate stocks to customers in segmentation D when needed. In case of product shortage, co-operate with other teams for stock allocaton with the priority of Company's benefit .
4.2) Build-up the relation ship with dealers across the asigned region.
4.3) Propose new dealer for new market/region to Management for consideration.
4.4) Support Direct Manager to control stock and price in territory in charge to avoid shortage and/or price conflict.
5. Report, analysis and other tasks
5.1) Report sales performance, customer interactions, market intelligence, competitor activities, etc on designed CRM system or as per requested.
5.2) Build-up the relationship with dealers across the assigned region.
5.3) Collaborate effectively with other teams when required for aligned actions and support inlcuding but not limited to events, customer survey...
5.4) Fulfill other tasks as assigned by direct manager from time to time.
Requirment:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in sales
- Experience on working with dealers/ distributors
- Have a good relationship networking with interventional cardiology is an advantage
- Effective communication and business acumen.
- Analytical skills and nfluencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key purchase influencers of customers/
- High motivation and results-oriented mindset.
- Ethical conduct
- Good English both written and verbal communication. (Can read clinical study, english document, product information, communicate with foreigner…)
- Presentation (good voice, confidence in front of a lot people)
