Job purpose: The incumbent for Critial Care (CC) is responsible for promoting and selling in-charged products to hospitals and healthcare professionals within ETC channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding our market presence while fully adhering to regulatory standards, company policies in all interactions and activities.
Job responsibility :
- Sales and business development
1.1) Create and implement effective sales plan to achieve sales targets for assigned product ranges. Based on the historical sales and analysis of actual situation of market, propose sales forecast to (direct) manager(s) in order to have sufficient stock for sales and further sales forecast and tracking.
1.2) Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to hospitals and healthcare professionals as well as managing well the relationship with distributors/ dealers.
1.3) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and usage of products to hospital-based healthcare staff.
1.4) Keep updated of progress and development in the market and at customers in charge to identify and establish new business opportunities.
2. Customer engagement :
2.1) Maintain frequent visit to customers
2.2) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) at customer sides, and hospital procurement departments.
2.2) Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to product usage or delivery.
2.3) Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
2.4) Find out customer insights and needs through daily conversation and observation to propose business opportuntities as a trsuted partner.
2.5) Act as first point of contact to handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction/ understanding and compliance
2.6) Collaborate with internal teams for including but not limited to customer meetings, seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, tender submission
3. Tender management :
3.1) Ensure B.Braun's products are listed in hospital tenders by meeting all necessary criteria and deadlines.
3.2) Monitor the performance of submitted tenders and manage any issues that arise during the tender process.
3.3) Work closely with CSR team and dealers/ distributors who handle the preparation of tender documents to ensure all requirements are met.
4. Product configuration:
4.1) Maintain in-depth knowledge of B.Braun's product portfolio and therapies then work with healthcare professionals to understand their specific needs and requirements for the assigned products.
4.2) Configure and customize products to meet the specific needs of hospitals and departments. Act as the partner of customers and utilise product understanding to provide consultancy and and increase advocacy of customers in charge to B. Braun products.
5. Report, analysis and other tasks:
5.1) Report sales performance, customer interactions, market intelligence, competitor activities, etc on designed CRM system or as per requested.
5.2) Build-up the relationship with dealers across the assigned region.
5.3) Collaborate effectively with other teams when required for aligned actions and support inlcuding but not limited to events, customer survey...
5.4) Fulfill other tasks as assigned by (direct) managers from time to time.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or a related field
Working experience: at least 2 years experience in sales and experience on working with dealers/ distributors
