Your key responsibilities:
- Key stake - holder engagement for the update B2B business model plan and implementation (dealer, regional team. local cross-team, team members…).Yearly business planing and review with regional team, local management team, key dealers. Dealer contract review with include pricing and yearly target. Commitment to suport for dealers. Update local SCM for product forecast. Generating new business opportunities and maintaining the growth of current business odd SNOT
- Explore and evaluate potential new clients/ business partners to ensure the development of business. Responsible for all sales-related activities with potential clients and business partners included lead meeting, consultancy and negotiation to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation's business interests. Support day-to-day operation with Clients/ business partner and customers with detailed follow through.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisation's products and services. Responsible for Business Development and Manage the Sales & Marketing activities. Build business plan for product incharged: Sales strategy, product porfolio management, marketing activities and execution plan. Conduct market research and analysis tender/ custom data to understand market trend and customer insight.
- Assist cross-function department to ensure good product supply for Customers by advising on sales forecast report (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales activities). Collaborate with various departments to meet the business growth requirements. Manage MKT budget for assigned activities. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Team development and people management
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives. Ensure that all staff activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Pharma and Medicine company’s Code of Conduct. Implement the performance appraisal of sales representatives quarterly. Observe personally the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis. Set up sales targets for all members in the sales team. Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales representatives so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Medical or BioMedical, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is strongly preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing or business development in the healthcare industr. Experience in the business of Medical Devices, experience in SNOT product portfolio is preferred
- Good English: both written and verbal communication; direct to the points, clear in communication
- Good negotiation, and presentation skills. Good business acumen
- Have the ability to manage the key Dealer and build a strong distribution network nationwide. Be able to interact, cooperate, and motivate across departments and functions
