Your Role:

We have a new exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Partnership Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic healthcare partnerships across the NHS, within our Ostomy, Continence and Homecare services.

This is a high‑impact, commercially focused role where you will lead complex projects, implement regional market access strategies and work across multiple stakeholders to expand access to products and services.

Rather than traditional product sales, you’ll be focused on selling integrated services, programmes and solutions, positioning the organisation as a long‑term strategic partner to the NHS and supporting sustainable regional growth.

Key details:

  • Job Title: Healthcare Partnership Manager
  • Department: Homecare
  • Location: Field‑based role covering London and the South of England, down to the South Coast
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement complex projects and market access initiatives, working in partnership with NHS organisations and internal teams to take opportunities from concept through to delivery
  • Support the development of service pathways, partnership agreements, tenders and contracts in collaboration with commercial and clinical colleagues
  • Work closely with sales, clinical and marketing teams to unlock opportunities, remove access barriers and grow priority accounts
  • Monitor performance against key objectives, managing risk and escalating opportunities where appropriate

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience working in a commercial, healthcare, market access or partnership‑focused role, ideally involving service‑ or solution‑led selling
  • A proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects from concept through to implementation, including exposure to partnership agreements, tenders, contracts or service development
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, including ICBs, Trusts, commissioning structures and service access pathways, with knowledge of healthcare markets such as stoma care, continence or similar
  • The confidence and credibility to engage and influence senior NHS stakeholders and internal teams, with strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, organised and resilient approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required

What you’ll get in return:

  • An electric or hybrid company car
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Discretionary annual and quarterly bonus scheme
  • Health Cash Plan
  • 7% employer pension contribution
  • 3x Salary life assurance
  • Group income protection scheme
  • Enhanced sick pay and family friendly payments
  • Employee assistance programme
