The IT SSC is run in a typical matrix organisation where we have the local management as the legal disciplinary line management and the functional global organization which is running the delivered services out of the SSC. The head of the IT SSC is the disciplinary manager of all the employees in the IT SSC Poland (functional responsibility for the delivered services from the SSC is by the global IT functional managers of the delivered service).
Duties and responsibilities:
• Creating, maintaining and managing the IT SSC in terms of HR and Finance processes and location
specific topics and requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication with the global functional managers of IT.
• Manage the compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements such as company law, financial and tax
regulations and policies to maintain the IT SSC's reputation as a good corporate citizen and safeguard
the company's interests.
• Lead in the management and development of talent that will have a distinctive mindset, behavior and
culture to achieve high work performance and contribute to organizational excellence.
• Lead the development of staff to enhance internalization of the right leadership and staff capabilities and
in achieving high performance delivery.
Professional competencies:
• Experienced manager in the areas of SSC / BPO / GBS
• Experience in leading an international, complex matrix unit
• University degree in Computer Science or Business administration or similar, MBA a plus
• Strong management skills in terms of stakeholder management
• Experience and strong skills in business relationship building and alignment
• Fluent English, German is a plus

• High leadership and people management skills
• Location is Poznań and Nowy Tomyśl, willingness to relocate as Home Office Mode is not foreseen for this role
