B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Young Engineer Program 2025 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."
A/ JOB FUNCTIONS:
- To control production activities according to GMP, GDP, 5S, Bioburden, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards at all times.
- To supervise and ensure technicians to perform daily monitoring on the packaging machines, setting parameters and ensure it is compliance of standards/ specification.
- To collect all data related to break time of packaging machine and blister packages quality and collaborate with the team or relevant departments to analysis and initiate improvement actions.
- To co-operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to create detailed validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products, machines, packaging dies, etc.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the Manager

C/ REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
