I. Job Purpose
A Marketing trainee supports RC marketing team in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share to achieve company finanical objective.
Develop some skills for trainee: presentation, negotiation with stakeholders (agencies, logistic), data analysis
II. Job responsibilities
1. Administration MKT support: 50%
- Organising marketing materials: ensure material up-to-date and readly for use. Quickly support sales/ tender teams when needed.
- Support approval for MKT activities on-time. Follow up for MKT activities implementation and ensure post event follow up.
- Coordinate in building tender product explaination folders to quickly support Sales team & Tender team.
- Create and maintaining tracking reports for MKT event, MKT expense, Sales report... to support for monthly business review.
- Manage product demonstration.
2. Support Marketing strategy development & execution (40%)
- Coordinate in develop & execution marketing activities: B.Braun stand alone meeting, Sponsorship, Product training...
- Develop marketing materials: gimmicks, standee, booth
- Support PM in hospital event, product presentation: logistic support, product presentation ( if any)
- Coordinate to collect market information, customers' insight, market trend... by going out with sales team and interact with customers
- Working with Comex team to understand sales data, import data... transfer data to insight and propose market analysis ( to be guided by PM)
- Understand about the product to support manager in creating training presentation
3. Others (10%)
- Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered
- Carry special work as assigned by Management
- Develop skills: presentation, negotiation with stakeholders (agencies, logistic), data analysis
III. Qualification Requirement
Education: Graduate from univeristy in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, and relevant background
Working experience: in MNC company is preferred
Skills:
- Good communication, meticulous, high repsonsibily.
- Proficient in office tools, excellence in Word, Excel, power point (slides development)
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
- High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
